Valentine's Day Give Away!

I've been noticing a trend in all the lovely blogs I have been reading recently of give aways and I just love the idea. I was most recently inspired by the blog Thrift Candy which recently listed a give away of thier own to encourage those who win to post a give away of thier own. So here it goes...

This month's give away, in honor of Valentines Day, is a set of 3 Security Envelope Silhouette Heart Buttons, because everyone deserves a pretty valentine and I just love sending packages!

Here's how we are going to do this. Repurposed Valentine Gift Ideas...

I've been hard at work coming up with new products and I have a few ready just in time for Valentines Day. Each of these products is made using recycled materials and of course all of these items are handmade with love.

The first one is a new take on the Security Envelope Buttons with the addition of a heart silhouette paired with a contrasting pattern...and there you have the Security Envelope Silhouette Heart Buttons, now available in my etsy shop.

The next series is something that's been in the works for a while now... at least 2 years. I started making these compact dioramas for friends and family and after some thought decided to start a line based on the idea....Pocket Habitat Compacts.

I can never seem to throw anything away as I always think I have an idea to breathe new life into them. So when confronted with throwing away my old compacts I've always tucked them aside. Now I've sanded, painted, flocked and decorated the interior so you can carry a little habitat with you always, now available in my etsy shop.

So when shopping for something sweet for your sweetheart this Valentines Day think green and think local.

Blue Plate Special for Everyone!

Blue Plate Special is offically open at The Shoppe here in Denver through February 20th! Here are some more "behind the scenes" installation shots/we were getting silly and tired towards the end of installation shots...

I don't think I was terribly helpful in assisting Derek with removing a nail from this board but a strange man on Colfax told us we looked strange...

Vinyl just makes everything look so professional!
